How does Clothing Store Online work?

Shopping on is fun and easy. Each designer has their own dedicated home and product pages and also has a selection of their range displayed in the various multi category pages. Simply find what you’re looking for and then drop as many things into the one shopping basket, from as many different designers as you wish. Then you can pay in one, easy checkout. Once that’s done, it’s simply a matter of sitting back and waiting for your purchase to arrive. We’ll notify each designer of your order, as well as confirming it to you. Each designer will then dispatch their products directly to you.

What products will I find on Clothing Store Online?

CSO aims to provide shoppers with a wide range of gorgeous and original, Australian designed excellent quality clothing, accessories and homeware products of a ‘boutique’ nature.

How much is the postage?

For all sales within Australia, delivery is included in the price of the purchase.
All sales incur a $13 administration and handling fee.
Sales outside Australia are subject to international postage and insurance charges.

How do I pay for my purchases?

When you have selected your products, you pay in one, easy checkout.
Purchases may be paid for by the Shopper using a credit card through e-way or direct deposit using our online payment facility. All prices are in Australian dollars and are payable in Australian dollars plus GST.

Unless specifically stated, all orders will be dispatched within 2 – 3 working day hours once payment has been confirmed and you should receive your order within 7 working days. If there are any delays will notify you and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order. Any delivery times that may be quoted are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?

Please read the returns and exhange section for more details.
For all returns please email with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name/code, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund.
You will then be given a return authorisation number (R.A.N) to be written on the outside of the returned package and the address that the product needs to be returned to.
